While celebrating a milestone birthday, a few friends and I decided we wanted to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. When additional show dates dropped we jumped on it. Our entire research process? Asking one friend if it was worth it.
Her answer: an resounding YES. She told us to book the Vibee package. I googled it, booked, and off we went.
That recommendation was worth its weight in gold, so I figured I’d pay it forward here and spread the word. This isn’t sponsored in any way—but hey, Vibee, if you’re interested, let me know. 😂

What is Vibee?
Vibee is owned by Live Nation and set up specifically to book Sphere concert experience packages. When you book, you get your ticket, hotel, and various perks depending on what level/VIP package you buy. For BSB, we booked the VIP package because why not? It turned out to be totally worth it in many ways both financially and in reducing the mental load of making decisions. It truly turned the one night concert into a full weekend experience.

Booking
When you book, you start by selecting tickets, then rooms. The package price will adjust based on occupancy (i.e. lower cost for shared rooms). Not going to lie, booking is a bit sketchy. You get a confirm email with no information, no tickets, and no hotel confirmation. You create a Vibee account where you can periodically check in to make sure you aren’t crazy and you do in fact have a package booked.
About 2 weeks ahead of your show date, Vibee starts sending you emails with details- room details, concert tickets, and the weekend plan. Our VIP package included round trip transportation from the airport, comped entry to various day and night clubs, and a bag of BSB swag. The emails were extremely helpful and well laid out. We had to reserve our time for the shuttle each way, but they did note shuttle run every 30ish minutes so if there was an issue you can likely get the next one.

The VIP Experience
Vibee leans into the event. The shuttles have BSB music blasting and you are surrounded by people as excited as you are about going.
We opted to get our swag bag and check out the terminal fan experience right away. It was a wise move to go to the Terminal at an odd time because preshow it gets very busy. The VIP area had various memorabilia (including a moon man!) and a fun friendship bracelet making area. There was also a bar and DJ, although the special BSB drink was gross.

On show day, we came back for the pregame and walk over. It wasn’t really necessary as the Venetian has excellent signage to get to the Sphere but if you are someone who gets lost, it’s nice to have. There were great photo ops at the Terminal to forever document your concert look.
Having the VIP lanes made getting into the venue a breeze and we had plenty of time to get drinks and get ready. Everyone said they came on right at 8 but it was more like 8:30, although I’m not sure if that’s standard.

Club Perks
An unexpected benefit of the Vibee package we ended up loving was the free club entries. We went to Tao Beach and saw Alesso (best side quest ever). After the concert we went to Omnia to see DJ Pauly D. Both clubs were PACKED and you need to pay attention to the entry time cut offs (2pm day club 1am night clubs for us). The clubs were also located in or near the Venetian, which limited how much transportation we needed to deal with. We could actually walk everywhere. It also meant we spent less time trying to figure out where to go or what to do. We just went to the clubs they included and had a blast. We didn’t know what clubs would be included when booking

The Venetian
We chose a Venetian suite package and we absolutely loved the room and hotel overall. It was very spacious for a group and had a nice living room area with couches and a dining table. The bathroom was massive and had plenty of counter space, including a dedicated makeup vanity.
As many times as I’ve been to Vegas I’d never really spent much time at the Venetian. That was a mistake. Some of the best restaurants in Vegas are there. We had an incredible meal at Chica preshow and a wonderful brunch at Bouchon. There’s also multiple gelato shops. There are 3 different pools to go to. The Garden pool is calmer, the main pool backs against Tao Beach so you get the music and some of the energy, but a much less gross pool. The Palazzo also has a pool but we didn’t make it there.

All in all, it was a truly wonderful weekend. Booking through Vibee was easy and the experience was great, despite the initial sketchiness. So if you want to go out to the Sphere, do it, and maybe book the package.
